For defamatory content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc., an application should first be made to the platform and then to the court if no results are obtained.

  • Defamatory content on news sites or forums may still appear on Google.
  • If the content cannot be removed, an application can be made to Google to remove it from search results.
