1. Joint Stock Company (A.Ş.) Documents

• Articles of Association with notarised founder signatures
• Proof of Competition Authority fee payment (0.04% of capital)
• Written acceptance statements of non-shareholder board members
• Signature declarations of authorised representatives
• Bank proof showing 25% of subscribed capital deposited
• Registry confirmation that non-cash capital has no restriction (if any)
• Valuation reports for in-kind assets (by court-appointed expert)
• Contracts with founders or third parties related to establishment (if applicable)
• Ministry permission/approval (for regulated sectors)
• If a legal person is on the board: decision naming a real person as representative
