1. General Application Requirements
- The foreigner is legally present in Turkey (visa, residence permit, etc.).
- The job position to be applied for is suitable for foreign employment.
- The employer meets the criteria specified in the legislation:
- The workplace is active,
- Employment of a certain number of Turkish citizens.
- Compliance with International Labor Law No. 6735 and related regulations.

2. Documents Required from the Foreigner to Work
- Application form
- Passport photocopy
- Biometric photo
- Diploma or graduation certificate (with notarized translation if necessary)
