Work permits or work permit exemption certificates issued to foreigners in Turkey are subject to fees pursuant to Law No. 492 on Fees. Furthermore, these documents Law No. 210 on Valuable Papers As it is issued within the scope of the scope of the Law, the valuable paper fee is also collected separately.
Fees and valuable paper fees must be paid separately.
If payment is not made within 30 days of notification, the application will be rejected.
1) Work Permit Fee Amounts for 2025
Amounts effective as of 01.01.2025 as determined by the Communiqué on the Law on Fees (Serial No: 96) published in the Official Gazettedated December 30, 2024 and numbered 32768 (2nd Repeated):

According to the Communiqué published in the Official Gazettedated December 31, 2024 and numbered 32769:
- Valuable Paper Fee for Work Permit Certificate (2025): 810 TL
3) Payment Methods
Online Payment by Credit Card
- Digital Tax Office → “Payment with Reference Number” menu.
- Name of organization: Directorate General for International Labor Force
- Required information:
- Foreigner Identification Number starting with “9”
- Reference (Transaction ID) Number sent via e-mail
Payment via Bank

- Ziraat Bank
- T. Halk Bank
- T. Vakıflar Bank

- Work Permit Certificate:
