Recommendations from MFY Legal

  1. Trademark Registration Should Not Be Delayed: Competition is fierce, even if the number of registrations will decrease in 2024. Trademark safety starts with early registration.
  2. Regional Opportunities are Increasing: Registration density is increasing rapidly in cities such as Gaziantep, Konya and Kayseri.
  3. Sectoral Awareness Must Continue: Increased density in NICE classes such as education, healthcare, food and hospitality is a signal for investors.
