In such cases,  <strong>Articles 46 and 47 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection No. 6458 <\/strong>  a <strong>humanitarian residence permit<\/strong> may be issued pursuant to.<\/p>\n\n<p>A humanitarian residence permit is <strong>an exceptional type of residence permit<\/strong> granted in <strong>extraordinary, compelling, or protection-required<\/strong> circumstances.
