For Individual Sellers and Buyers
· Original or photocopy of the title deed

Title Deed Transfer Process
Title deed transfer transactions are carried out in land registry offices. The necessary documents for the title deed transfer process are prepared and the title deed fee is paid. Afterwards, a title deed appointment is made by calling ALO 181 on the Turkish phone line or by using the e-appointment systems (WEB TAPU ) of the land registry offices. On the appointment day, the buyer and seller can go to the land registry office to which the real estate is located and transfer the title deed.
Title deed transfer transactions can also be done online. Real and legal persons can track the status of their real estate and carry out title deed transfer transactions through the Web Title Deed System, which is available to everyone.
On the application page you need to upload;
· the the Republic of Turkey identification numbers of the buyer and the seller are entered into the system.
· ID numbers,
· Telephone numbers,
· the name of the land registry office to which the real estate is affiliated are entered.
The land registry office calculates the tax amount to be paid and notifies the parties via SMS.
After the fee and tax are paid, the appointment date and time are notified to the parties via SMS.
The parties go to the land registry office only to make a wet signature.
Title Deed Transfer Time in Turkey ?
If the documents are completed, the title deed transfer process is usually completed within 1 to 3 days.
After the title deed transfer process, securing the real estate with insurance against various risks is also very important in order to be covered in case of possible damage.

After the buyer completes all payments and the wet signatures are immediately made at the land registry office, the title deed office provides the original title deed to the buyer.
